Our Mission Statement

The Mission of Mount Olive Elementary School encompasses the Jefferson County School System's mission in providing a high quality environment and instruction necessary to attain achievement for all students.  The high expectations from school personnel will ensure the best academic potential for all students.

To accomplish our mission we will:

• Establish professional learning communities focused on teaching and learning
• Utilize data to guide decision making and continuously improve instruction
• Build and maintain effective communication with families and the community.
